ELMAB is celebrating its 80th anniversary!
For eight decades, we in Dala-Järna have developed, manufactured and delivered hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic components to customers in Sweden and Europe.

Open House
Location: Elmab, Strandvägen 58 – Time: 10 am–2 pm
Challenges in table tennis, hockey games and cylinder construction, quiz with great prizes, guided tour, inauguration of the painting hall at 11 am, buy a delicious lunch from Jocke’s wood-fired kitchen and Rättviks ice cream from Fritidsboa.
Evening
Location: Idrottsparken, Dala-Järna – Time: 9 pm–1 am
Free admission from 9 pm–10 pm then 100 SEK (goes to DJIK Artificial Grass Field), dance and music, entertainment by Månsson Allstars, guest appearance by Järna-Elvis, hamburgers, hot dogs and coffee.

From our roots as Edvin Larssons Mekaniska to today’s modern ELMAB, much has changed — but our focus on quality, reliable delivery, and long-term relationships remains the same today as it was in 1946.
2026 will be a year of celebration, pride, and confidence in the future. We will honor our journey and the employees who have made it all possible — while continuing to drive technological development, sustainability, and smarter hydraulic solutions forward.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Now, we set our sights on the next 80 years.
